Application Guidelines for Nutrient Rock Star & Growing Goodness

Apply at these key times:

1. At planting (mix into soil)
2. First flower/budburst (sprinkle on top)
3. Before ripening (sprinkle on top)
4. Plants showing signs of nutrient deficiency (yellowing, interveinal chlorosis)

Note: Growing Goodness is only needed for heavy feeders like citrus, avocados, and root vegetables.

Weekly Liquid Fertiliser Rotation

1. Week 1: Happy Gut    
2. Week 2: Protein Shake
3. Week 3: Jurassic Juice
4. Week 4: Happy Gut
5. Week 5: Protein Shake
6. Week 6: Regenerate Elixir   Then repeat. Note: It's okay to miss a week or mix products together.

Specific Application Guidelines

For Garden Beds

1. Initial setup:
   • Add 1-2 handfuls  of Nutrient Rock Star per square meter
   • Mix into top 5-10cm of soil with compost
   • After planting, water with Happy Gut Tonic (20-40ml per 9L water)
2. Ongoing care:
   • Alternate between Happy Gut Tonic and Protein Shake weekly
   • Apply Jurassic Juice and Regenerate Elixir monthly
   • Add more Nutrient Rock Star at flowering/fruiting stage

For Native Plants

1. New plantings:
   • Trees: approx 125gm Nutrient Rock Star per planting hole
   • Shrubs: 1-2 handfuls per planting hole
   • Water in well after planting
2. Existing plants:
   • Trees: 1-2 handfuls around drip line
   • Shrubs: 1 handful around drip line
   • Monthly applications of Happy Gut Tonic, Protein Shake, Jurassic Jucie  and Regenerate Elixir
   • Use lower rates than for fruit trees

Note: Nutrient Rock Star is suitable for natives due to its low soluble phosphorus content.

For Fruit Trees

1. New trees:
   • Mix 1-2kg Nutrient Rock Star in planting hole
   • Water with Happy Gut Tonic after planting
   • Start Protein Shake after 2 weeks
   • Apply additional doses at bud burst and mid-growth
2. Existing trees:
   • Apply Nutrient Rock Star at bud burst
   • Follow weekly liquid rotation
   • Double quantities for citrus trees

For Indoor Plants

1. Initial setup:
   • Add 1-2 cups Nutrient Rock Star to potting mix
2. Ongoing care:
   • Rotate liquid fertilisers with each watering
   • Use Jurassic Juice if soil becomes water-repellent
   • Feed every time you water

Liquid Mixing Notes

All products are ok to mix  at the suggested dilution rates, just don't let them sit overnight
