Shipping & Delivery

  • 🏠 Parcel lockers — heads up for heavy orders
    Our heavier products can't be delivered to parcel lockers or Parcel Collect locations. Please use a valid street address at checkout to avoid any delays or your order being returned to us.

    🔒 Gated properties & access
    Our couriers need clear access to deliver safely. If they can't get through, they'll leave a calling card with instructions for collecting from a nearby depot. Please make sure your property is accessible — any return or redelivery costs that arise will be passed on.

    📦 Returns & reshipping
    If an order makes its way back to us — whether due to an inaccessible address, parcel locker rejection, uncollected parcel, or incorrect address — we'll get in touch to arrange reshipping. Please double-check your address at checkout as incorrect addresses are one of the most common causes of returns. Return freight and reshipping costs will be invoiced before we resend.

Returns & Refunds

  • 📦 Damaged or incorrect orders
    Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 5 days of receiving it with a photo and we'll sort it out straight away — replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

    ↩️ Returns
    Returns are at the customer's expense and must be requested before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

    🚫 Non-returnable items
    Due to their nature, opened liquid and granular fertiliser products cannot be returned outside of our 30-day guarantee. We do not accept change of mind returns. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

    💳 Refunds
    Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process on their end. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't seen your refund, contact us at hello@soildynamics.com.au.
