At Soil Dynamics, we stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not seeing results with our products within 30 days of receipt, we'll refund your purchase with no questions asked.

Standard Return Policy- change of mind

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to change of mind, while we're happy to accept unopened products within the 30-day window, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom products
• Special orders
• Personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@soildynamics.com.au if:

• The item is damaged  supported by picture evidence
• You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchange Process

For the fastest resolution, we recommend:

1. Return your original item following our return process
2. Place a new order for your desired item once the return is accepted

Refund Process

1. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return
2. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method
3. Refunds typically appear in your account within 10 business days
4. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
5. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at hello@soildynamics.com.au
