Preparing potting mix and establishing indoor plants
Step 1: Improve your potting mix
- Add 1–2 cups each of Coastal Cure and Nutrient Rock Star to a standard bag of potting mix
- This sets the foundation for sustained growth and long-term plant health
Ongoing feeding and watering routine
Step 2: Watering approach
- Most indoor plants prefer to be under-watered rather than over-watered
- Some plants need weekly watering, others fortnightly or monthly
- Getting watering right is critical
- Feed plants every time you water to keep them consistently healthy and lush
Step 3: Rotate liquid feeds
- Alternate applications of the liquid products each time you water
- This helps provide a more balanced and varied nutrient profile
Step 4: Hydrophobic potting mix
- If potting mix becomes water-repellent, use Jurassic Juice to help rehydrate
- Either soak the pot in a sink or container, or slowly water with a watering can

My poor garden wasn't doing well. My citrus trees were dying. After the second week using these products my garden and trees look like new. New growth everywhere. I can't say enough about it. The instructions on the download and on the bottles are different so you need to think about what you're using, especially the amounts. Bit confusing

This has been a game changer and each week, I am easily able to work out what to do. It has been 5 weeks since I began and while it is early days I feel that my yard is really benefitting. All of my plants appear to be thriving and it is quite satisfying to see this.
