Apply at these Key Times:

  • Apply at any stage to stimulate microbes and build soil structure
  • Ideal for exisitng gardens dealing with hydrophobia including lawns and pot plants apply on a weekly basis at 50-100ml per 9lt for 6 weeks then back off to a fortnightly basis then monthly once soil structure has built and it is far less hydrophobic. In concert with Nutrienet Rock Star every 3 months as a top dress at a rate of up to 500gm per sqm for best results.
  • For best results use monthly
  • In very sandy conditions apply weekly for 6 weeks at a rate of 50-100ml per 9lt then back off to fortnightly for 4-6 weeks then to monthly once you see a difference . NB it is important to still use our other liquids according to application schedule . The good thing is you can mix and dilute all our liquids if used straight away

Hose On Application:

200ml - 400ml per 1 lt of water will cover approximately 100sqm

Our couriers need clear access to deliver safely. If they can't get through, they'll leave a calling card with instructions for collecting from a nearby depot. Please make sure your property is accessible — any return or redelivery costs that arise will be passed on.

If an order makes its way back to us — whether due to an inaccessible address, parcel locker rejection, uncollected parcel, or incorrect address — we'll get in touch to arrange reshipping. Please double-check your address at checkout as incorrect addresses are one of the most common causes of returns. Return freight and reshipping costs will be invoiced before we resend.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 5 days of receiving it with a photo and we'll sort it out straight away — replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Returns
Returns are at the customer's expense and must be requested before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
